Insolvency and Bankruptcy code 2016 : the provisions regarding Liquidation processes come into force from 15 December 2016.

Since today (15 December 2016), the provisions of section 33 to section 54 (regarding liquidation processes) of the “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016” shall come into force.
